Does Ralect One replace my accounting package?
No, deliberately not. Your financial administration stays in a proven ERP like Odoo, Exact or AFAS, which is what those packages are good at. Ralect One builds the operation around it and syncs financial data back in a controlled way, without double entry.
Why not just a standard ERP package?
No ERP fits your operation 100%. You either adapt your company to the software, or you build custom work on top of a package that was never made for it. Ralect One is built for customisation from the ground up: the system follows your process, not the other way around.
Can I make changes myself, without a developer?
Yes. Work types, templates, phases, alerts and automations are yours to manage through a configuration layer. You do not depend on us for day-to-day changes; we take care of the system underneath.
How fast can the first app go live?
We deliberately start small with the heart of your operation, for example projects and time tracking. That first app is usually live within a few weeks to a few months, depending on scope. From there we build onwards app by app.
What does Ralect One cost?

Can you connect to my systems (ERP, CRM)?
Yes. We connect to most ERP, CRM, and financial systems, including Exact Online, AFAS, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mollie, and Odoo. Your data is automatically brought together in one dashboard.
Which specific software do you connect to?
We have experience connecting to Exact Online, AFAS Profit, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mollie, and Odoo. Using a different system? As long as an API is available, we can connect to it.
How does the Ralect Display work?
The Ralect Display automatically shows your dashboard on office screens. The device works plug-and-play and is fully managed by us.
Where can I view my dashboard?
On any device: TV screens, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. In the office it can be automatically shown on screens.
Is the dashboard custom-made?
Yes. Every dashboard is tailored to your processes and KPIs, so you see exactly what matters for your business.
Is my business data safe with Ralect?
Yes. We follow standard security practices: encrypted storage, daily backups, and EU-based hosting. Every client has their own isolated database. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
