How is my Ralect One plan determined?
By the number of users. Each plan also includes a number of data types (kinds of records such as clients, projects and invoices) and automations. If you go beyond those, you add packs of 5.
What does the Ralect One build cost?
The build is a one-off, priced per app with a fixed price up front. The first app is the heart of your operation; after that you approve each follow-up app separately. The exact price depends on your scope and is discussed without obligation.
Are dashboards included with Ralect One?
Yes. Real-time KPI dashboards are part of the platform, with the right view per role. If you also want them on office screens, only the Ralect Box is added.
Can my accounting stay in Odoo, Exact or AFAS?
Yes, that is exactly the setup. Your financial administration stays in your proven ERP; Ralect One carries the operation around it and syncs financial data back in a controlled way.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. The monthly fee covers licence, hosting and management and can be cancelled monthly. Your data is yours and is handed over neatly if you ever leave.
What do I pay for the Ralect Box on top of Ralect One?
The Ralect Box is a separate solution at €25 per month per screen, on top of your Ralect One subscription. With multiple screens you automatically get a volume discount. You provide the TV screen yourself.
Do I need my own screen for the Box?
Yes. The €25 per month is for the Ralect Box itself; you provide the TV screen. You connect the Box via HDMI to any TV or monitor you already have.
How does the volume discount on the Box work?
The more screens you add, the lower the price per screen. From 4 screens you get 15% off, from 6 screens 20%, and from 10 screens 30%. The discount is applied automatically to your monthly amount.
What happens if a Box breaks?
We resolve it at no extra cost. Maintenance, updates and remote monitoring are included in the €25 per month, so if something doesn't work we'll arrange a fix or replacement.
