You pay per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Every plan starts with Contacts and Products. On top of that you choose the apps you need, each with a fixed monthly price. The calculator on this page shows your own price right away.

We set up every app once for a fixed price, which you see in the calculator: we set up the app's foundation for you, train your team and give a 3-month build warranty after delivery. You can move your data over yourself with the import feature, or have us do it for a fixed price: your contacts, products, open quotes and invoices and, for bookkeeping, your opening balance. Custom work on top, such as integrations, your full history or extra automations, we agree on per app and charge in hours.

Yes. Real-time KPI dashboards are part of the platform, with the right view per role. To show them on office screens as well, add the Ralect Box as an add-on.

Yes, as an app: general ledger, VAT returns and receivables, fed by your invoices. Connecting another accounting package is possible too, as custom work.

No. The monthly fee covers licence, hosting and management and can be cancelled monthly after the initial term. Your data is yours: you export it yourself at any time.

The Ralect Box is an add-on to Ralect ONE, priced per screen per month. With several screens you get a volume discount automatically. You see the current price as soon as you choose the Box in the calculator. You arrange the TV yourself.

Yes. You connect the Box over HDMI to any TV or monitor you already have. The screen itself is not included.

The more screens, the lower the price per screen. You see the tiers in the calculator as soon as you choose the Box, and the discount is applied to the monthly amount automatically.

We fix it free of charge. Remote maintenance, updates and monitoring are part of the Box's monthly price, so if something doesn't work we take care of a fix or replacement.
