Bringing your data along is easy

Every app in Ralect ONE has an import. You don't have to rework your files first.

Upload an Excel or CSV file, straight from your current system.
We suggest how your columns map to fields, also for headers like VAT number or Customer number. You check it and adjust where needed.
Customers, products and projects are linked to each other by name.
You see what happens to every row before anything is saved.
Your choices are remembered for the next file.
Something went wrong? You can undo an import.
Bank statements are imported straight into the bookkeeping.

Frequently asked questions about switching

How long does the switch take?

The foundation is ready within about a week, with your data in it. Then we add the custom work; on average everything fits 100% after about 4 months.

Can my bookkeeping stay in my current package?

Yes. Ralect ONE has its own bookkeeping app, but you don't have to use it. If your books stay in your own package, we connect Ralect ONE to it.

What if my data is messy?

When importing you see per row what goes wrong before anything is saved, so you can fix it in your file. If it needs a thorough clean-up, we agree on that with you beforehand.

Do we work in two systems during the switch?

As briefly as possible. Because the foundation is ready within a week, you switch quickly and then work in one system while we finish the custom work.
