Does Ralect have access to my Exact accounting?
No. We only read the data needed for the KPIs you want to see. We never write to Exact Online and do not store sensitive accounting data.
How long until my Exact Online dashboard is live?
Most clients are fully live within 4 to 5 weeks. We build the integration and dashboard completely custom for you once you come on board. You don't need to do any technical setup yourself.
Does the integration also work with Exact Globe or Synergy?
Our primary integration is for Exact Online (cloud). For Globe or Synergy we're happy to look at the options together. Please get in touch.
How often is the data updated?
Most KPIs are updated every 15 minutes or in real-time, depending on the configuration.
Is there an extra cost for the Exact Online integration?
The integration is included in the standard Ralect subscription. No additional charges per integration.
